1. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches
from Beauty and the Foodie
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches are a delicious flavor combination of buffalo chicken and ranch served on a grain free, low carb sandwich bun. These were so ridiculously good, I think I could eat these every day! I included my grain free sandwich bun recipe, but you could also use any bread recipe you prefer or can also serve this in lettuce cups.
2. Baked Crisp Salami & Cheese {carb-less} Appetizer
from the Sugar Free Mom
If you’re looking for an easy, quick little appetizer for a weekend this is it!! Only 3 ingredients needed! Salami gets baked and turns nice and crisp like a cracker! Perfect for soft cream cheese or even goat cheese if you prefer. Add a little fresh parsley and enjoy!
3. Omelette in a Mug
from Scattered Thoughts of A Crafty Mom
Seriously, this Omelette in a mug recipe really only takes 2 to 3 minutes to put together, and the best part is that it is very flexible based on what you have in your fridge. Our family goes through so many eggs in a week, we are now buying them by the 5 dozen case from the warehouse store. We just love ’em. They’re inexpensive, and are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and especially snacks.
4. Mediterranean Panzanella
from Then OShery
There are times when I crave vegetables and go into vegetable overload. It’s nice to be able to have a meal that does not require applying heat to a piece of meat. I am happy to consume a large bowl of well-marinated vegetables and call it a day. Nothing curbs a craving for fresh vegetables like a panzanella salad.
5. Quick and Easy Bacon Burgers
from the Paleo Couple
This recipe is one of our all-time favorite burger recipes. Growing up both with families from the Midwest, grilling, and hamburgers are staples of the American diet. We originally posted this recipe back in April of 2012, just 2 months into our paleo, real-food journey. Boy, a lot has changed, and the look of this post (and the recipe) needed a little revision.
6. Chili Roasted Chicken Thighs
from Keto Summit
These delicious chicken thighs give a bit of spice mixed with refreshing cilantro and lime. You can use the leftovers for a tasty chicken salad or wrap the next day.
7. Keto Pressure Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe
from Keto Summit [AIP, Paleo, Low-Carb]
I love quick and easy Keto recipes, and using a pressure cooker is one of the fastest ways to get dinner on the table. My favorite pressure cooker is the Instant Pot, but any pressure cooker will work for this recipe. This recipe is especially perfect if your family follows a variety of different diets as this recipe is also autoimmune-compliant, Paleo, nut-free, as well as low-carb.
8. 10 Minute Keto Country Gravy
from Ruled.me
This is a recipe for keto country gravy. This stuff is just plain simple. It doesn’t take long to make, it goes well with just about anything, and it’s really forgiving when you make it.
9. Eggs and Vegetables, Fried in Coconut Oil
from Healthline
This is what I eat for breakfast literally every single day. I never get tired of it and it keeps me full for a long time.
10. 1 Minute Keto Muffins
from Ditch the Carbs
1-minute keto muffins are my latest go-to recipe. They only require 4 ingredients and are ready in 1 minute. Not only that, I have been experimenting with them by adding other ingredients to make them sweet or savory. They can replace bread, bagels, muffins and even cupcakes. The possibilities are almost endless.
11. Low-Carb Rainbow Chard & Sausage Hash
from the Keto Diet App
Today I’d like to share one of my favorite one-pot breakfast/dinner recipes. I prep my vegetables ahead and keep them in the fridge – it takes just a few minutes to cook. You can use kale or chard to make this recipe. I used rainbow chard also known as Swiss chard in various colors. Apart from using it in a hash or stir-fry, you can use Swiss chard in several other ways: in salads, butter-roasted as a side, or even to make wraps filled with vegetables, cheese, meat or eggs.
12. Sardine Stuffed Avocados
from Keto Diet App
Stuffed avocados are one of the best. things. ever. Not only are avocados full of gorgeous fats, fiber, and nutrients, they also have a lot of magnesium and potassium in them which is great for keeping your electrolytes balanced. Sardines, again are a beautifully fatty fish and so very good for you. I think this is one of those meals you could actually live off if you had nothing else to eat. And even better, you can have this meal on your plate in 5 minutes.
13. Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
from Kirbie Cravings
This is a great low carb solution that still allows you to enjoy a comforting grilled cheese sandwich. The bread is made out of cauliflower! Yes, we’re still eating a ton of cauliflower at home. We also eat a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches, so this combines the best of both worlds.
14. Grass-fed Cinnamon Butter Fat Bombs
from Whole Natural Life
Are you getting enough grass-fed butter in your diet? Grass-fed butter is a nutritional powerhouse, and unless you have a dairy allergy, I think you should be including it in your diet every day.
15. Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe
from Dr. Axe
This Crustless Spinach Quiche recipe is delicious, easy to make and high in protein.

You’ll need a knife and fork to dig into these filling sandwiches that give a unique take on breakfast for dinner.
17. Shrimp Scampi with Artichokes
from Kitchme
Recipe originally inspired by Food Network with 4-star rating and 79 reviews.
18. Caprese White Bean Salad
from Inquiring Chef
What’s your restaurant menu kryptonite? If an Italian restaurant has gnocchi, I won’t even consider anything else. Frank and I can’t go out for tapas without ordering patatas bravas (fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce). And then there’s a good Caprese salad with great tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. This time of year, when tomatoes are sweet, I can’t pass it up.
19. Grilled Curry Chicken Spinach Salad with Donut Peaches
from Eating Bird Food
Hey there! How was your weekend? They had been calling for rain all weekend here but we lucked out and had mild temps, no rain and even a bit of sunshine. We took advantage of the nice weather and did quite a bit outside including a trip the farmers market, a Sunday bike ride, and dinner al fresco at The Daily.
20. Korean BBQ Steak Bowls with Spicy Sesame Dressing
from Pinch of Yum
This veggie-loaded mountain features thinly sliced Korean BBQ Steak, a rainbow of bell peppers, scallions, greens, wonton strips (because health means nothing unless it actually tastes good), and a spicy sesame ginger dressing. So much flavor — so much crunch — 100% versatility.
